This 3 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the Costa del sol.  A two minute stroll leads onto the beautiful La Pearla Blanca Beach which is regarded as the best in the region. A short walk from the apartment lies "The Marbella Beach Complex" which has a range of gift shops, cafes, patisseries, and supermarkets. Furthermore there is also a wide selection of restaurants ranging from the five star Don Carlos Brassiere to local traditional restaurants serving such dishes as La Pearla Blanca's famous Prawn Pils Pils.

Puerto Banus and Marbella towns are a only a short drive away as are many activities such as tennis, horse riding, bowls, fishing, scuba diving, and of course golf with over 30 world class golf courses to choose from. The nearby Ronda Valley and Gorge is also well worth a visit along with the traditional Spanish "hill towns" such as Ronda and Gaucin. 

 

 

This air conditioned apartment is set within tropical gardens featuring a swimming pool and a children's paddling pool. It has one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom. There is a large open plan lounge/dining room (TV, DVD & board-games) that opens onto a spacious terrace.  The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer.
